1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rs788", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the rs788 platform accessible at rs788.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the rs788 website, mobile web interface, any downloadable application, and all gaming, wagering, and account-management services offered therein.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any service offered by rs788.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration, through which deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus redemptions are conducted.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the rs788 Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the rs788 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of rs788.net following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

rs788 reserves the right to deny access to the Platform to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, or whose use of the Platform is, in rs788's reasonable judgment, inconsistent with applicable law or these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on rs788, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. rs788 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify rs788 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• rs788 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon making a withdrawal request, or when unusual activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Corporate entities, trusts, and non-natural persons are not permitted to register accounts on the Platform.

rs788 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a Player does not meet eligibility requirements, or where permitting continued access would breach applicable law or regulatory obligations.

4 Age Verification

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. rs788 employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC framework. You may be required at any time to provide government-issued photographic identification and proof of date of birth.

rs788 takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling seriously. If you are aware of any minor attempting to access the Platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We also encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites.

Any account where there is reasonable suspicion of underage access will be suspended pending investigation. During any suspension, no withdrawals will be processed. If the investigation confirms that the account holder is under 21, all deposits will be returned to the depositing payment method and all winnings will be voided.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rs788 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• rs788 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard. Supported methods may change from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. rs788 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• A minimum deposit amount may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction. rs788 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. rs788 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed required identity checks.
• Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in order to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank's processing times.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and will be displayed at the point of request. rs788 reserves the right to apply a processing fee on withdrawals where a Player has deposited and withdrawn without generating sufficient wagering activity.
• rs788 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Such requests will be subject to investigation before any funds are released.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. rs788 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances, and to close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

rs788 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, subject to the following general conditions. Specific promotions may carry additional terms that take precedence over this general clause.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements must be completed within the stated completion window. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses will be removed from the account automatically at expiry.
• rs788 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Where rs788 identifies evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — it reserves the right to void any associated bonuses and winnings and to close the offending accounts.
• Each promotion is available to one person per household, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing this restriction through use of VPNs or other technical means constitutes bonus abuse.
• Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value outside of their applicable wagering terms.

7 Gaming Rules

By placing any wager on the rs788 Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Each game on the rs788 Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing any wager.
• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealer mechanics where applicable. rs788 does not manipulate game outcomes and all return-to-player (RTP) rates are set by the game provider in accordance with applicable standards.

• For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with rs788's sportsbook rules, which are published separately. In the event of a conflict between specific sportsbook rules and these general Terms, the sportsbook rules will prevail.
• rs788 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game parameters. "Obvious error" means a price or parameter that is materially different from the fair market value at the time of the transaction, as determined by rs788 in good faith.
• Maximum win limits may apply on individual games or in aggregate over a specified period. These limits will be communicated in game-specific terms or in individual promotion terms where applicable.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rs788 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or table game contexts.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage and matched betting across accounts: Exploiting the Platform's odds or bonus structures in conjunction with third-party platforms or additional accounts to guarantee a risk-free return.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise obscure the origin of funds.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account, or misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to gain an advantage. Any such gains will be voided and the affected account suspended.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rs788 Platform — including but not limited to the rs788 brand name, logo, graphical elements, game interfaces, software architecture, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rs788 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from rs788.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the rs788 brand name, logo, or any derivative thereof in any commercial context without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of rs788's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rs788 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if rs788 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.
• Interruptions to service caused by events outside rs788's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, acts of government, or natural disasters.

rs788's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rs788's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

rs788 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect. Any funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Article 5, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time a dispute arose will govern that dispute, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires differently.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rs788 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with the following process:

1. Internal Complaints: All disputes must first be submitted to rs788's customer support team at [email protected]. rs788 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with rs788's response to your complaint after the internal process has been exhausted, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant regulatory authority or approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under rs788's operating licence.
3. Jurisdiction: Nothing in this clause limits rs788's or your right to seek urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.

You agree that any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be time-barred.
